“I contacted VDS for a consultation on my property that had been on the market for a long time but was not selling. Sarah promptly arranged to go and have a look with a view to preparing a report giving us some guidance on what might need doing to get it market ready. 

Not only did she provide an incredibly detailed report with suggestions for improvement and artistic impressions of what it could look like, but she also researched the local market and asked all the questions and raised all the issues that our estate agents probably should have done. This has now given us a clear way forward and once the work has been done, I will certainly be getting back in touch with her to cast her expert eye over it again before we put it back on the market.”

FOLLOW UP AFTER SALE:

“Sarah was very helpful while we carried out all of the work she suggested. Coming up with options for colour schemes and how far to go with the work rather than wasting time,  effort and money where it wasn’t necessary! After completion of the suggested works, we put the house back on the market, had lots of viewings and an offer within a couple of weeks!  The house has now sold for more than we were originally asking for. 

I was a bit sceptical at the start about what I was going to be paying for in terms of the service and how much difference it would make but Sarah acted like a consultant for the whole revamp process up until the sale and my investment has really paid off!
